Susan Holzman Speaks at Public Forum "Straight Talk About Money for Woman"

| On July 6, 2005, Susan Holzman was a speaker at a program on "Straight Talk About Money for Women." The program was a public forum sponsored by The Daily Record and Rutgers Cooperative Research & Extension of Morris County. Susan spoke about estate planning, addressing topics including the reasons to have an Advance Directive for Health Care and a Power of Attorney, the importance of updating beneficiary designation forms, the benefits of Section 529 Plans, the need for Wills to be revised in response to the decoupling of the New Jersey and federal estate tax regimes, and the opportunities presented by the New Jersey Domestic Partnership Act. |
