| Samuel Feldman was the moderator and a speaker at a NJ Institute for Continuing Legal Education Seminar on October 28, 2005 entitled “Attorney Liability under the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act after Banco Popular v. Gandhi.” Sam represented the plaintiff in the Banco Popular case which was decided by the New Jersey Supreme Court in June 2005. That case created a cause of action against attorneys if they conspire with their clients to effectuate a fraudulent transfer. |
