Samuel Feldman Authors Article for the NJ CPA Magazine

| Samuel Feldman authored an article entitled “Don’t Let the UFTA Land You in the Courtroom” that appeared in the Legislative Views section of the May-June 2006 issue of the NJ CPA Magazine which is published by the New Jersey Society of CPAs. Sam’s article focused on the potential impact on accountants of the New Jersey Supreme Court’s decision in the case of Banco Popular v. Gandi, et al in which the Supreme Court recognized a cause of action for conspiring with a client to transfer assets to defraud creditors in violation of the Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act. |
