Matt graduated from the University of Wisconsin in 1999 and received his law degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002. He is admitted to the New Jersey and New York Bars. Matt’s practice focuses on a broad range of corporate and real estate transactions, pursuant to which he represents businesses and individuals in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, business formations and separations, loans and restructurings, equity investments, and the financing, sale and acquisition, leasing and development of retail, office, industrial and residential real estate.
