Lindsay graduated from Tulane University in 2003 and from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2006. Lindsay is admitted to the state bars of New Jersey and New York as well as the U.S. District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Southern District of New York. Prior to joining our firm she served as a law clerk to the Honorable Barry P. Sarkisian, Superior Court of New Jersey, Hudson County, Law Division. Lindsay has participated in the litigation of a broad range of cases before both state and federal courts, covering such topics as injunctive relief, appellate practice, commercial litigation, business torts and shareholder disputes.
