Matt graduated from Rutgers University in 2002 and Fordham University School of Law in 2007. He is admitted to the New Jersey Bar and the United States District Court, District of New Jersey. During law school, Matt was a member of the Urban Law Journal, as well as the Moot Court Board and the Brendan Moore Trial Advocates, and he interned for the Honorable Denny Chin, of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. Prior to joining the firm, Matt served as law clerk to the Honorable Estela M. De La Cruz, Superior Court of New Jersey, Bergen County, Law Division. Matt works on complex commercial litigation matters involving shareholder disputes, appellate practice, and corporate contract disputes.
