Adam Haberfield Elected to Penn Law Alumni Society Board of Managers

Adam Haberfield, a shareholder in the law firm of Orloff, Lowenbach, Stifelman & Siegel, P.A., was recently elected to the Board of Managers of the University of Pennsylvania Law School Alumni Society.

The LAS Board of Managers is responsible for providing and coordinating outreach and services to more than 12,000 Penn Law alumni worldwide.  The Board’s activities are focused on assisting alumni and helping Penn Law achieve its mission through committees on Career Planning and Professionalism; Public Interest and Public Service; Student Life; and Post-Acceptance Admissions. The Board also selects Alumni Award recipients each year.

In July, 2010, Mr. Haberfield founded the Penn Law Northern NJ Alumni Club and currently serves as its Chairman.
Haberfield advises substantial privately-owned businesses, entrepreneurs and real estate developers, as well as investors and executives, on all aspects of corporate activity.  His specialties include business acquisitions and dispositions, formation of joint ventures and partnerships (including complex buy/sell arrangements), commercial real estate acquisition and development projects, executive employment agreements, space leasing and commercial financing transactions.

Haberfield earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1998 and his B.A. from Johns Hopkins University in 1993.
