David’s practice encompasses a wide range of commercial litigation and arbitration matters in New Jersey and New York.  He handles many types of equitable and chancery claims, shareholder and partner conflicts, securities litigation, trusts and estates disputes, and mortgage-related actions, among other cases.

Adam focuses his practice on advising entrepreneurs and emerging growth businesses on all aspects of corporate activity, including complex transactional work such as the formation of joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, financing transactions and commercial real estate matters.

Susan focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, estate and gift taxation, fiduciary litigation, and individual and corporate income taxation primarily for business executives, professionals, and high net worth owners of closely-held businesses and their families, including business succession planning, generation-skipping transfer tax planning, the use of life insurance, and the implementation of lifetime gift programs and intrafamily sales.
