Giving Back for Mother's Day

Orloff, Lowenbach, Stifelman & Siegel is excited to announce that the firm is moving its Roseland, NJ office to 15,000 square feet of professional space at 44 Whippany Road, Morristown, NJ, a newly-renovated building located just a mile from downtown Morristown.  The firm anticipates moving into its new office in late fall of 2018.

The move demonstrates OLSS’s commitment to making the investments required to sustain the superior level of service it provides to clients and a first-class work environment for employees.

OLSS has hired Studio Eagle of Springfield, NJ to design the firm’s new forward-looking office. Conceived to mirror the firm’s standard of providing efficient and sophisticated legal advice, the space will feature a 5-room conference center, a comfortable café for employees and clients with an outdoor patio, and attorney offices and workstations for administrative support that provide room for growth.

Marcus Partners, the owner of 44 Whippany Road, recently invested over $7.5 million in additional improvements at the building, including a new façade and fully renovated atrium lobby designed by Gensler Architects. The Class A property boasts direct access to Frelinghuysen Arboretum and its extensive walking paths, an outdoor lounge area, an on-site café, upscale fitness center and a 96-seat state-of-the-art conference center for large events.  Located just off Morris Avenue in between I-287 and Route 24, the building offers accessibility to major highways linking to all regions of the New York metropolitan area.
