OLSS Advises Bain Capital in Acquisition of Cosmetic Design Group by WWP
Orloff, Lowenbach, Stifelman & Siegel, P.A. advised Bain Capital Private Equity in the acquisition of Cosmetic Design Group, LLC, a leader in custom design and production of specialty cosmetics, by portfolio company WWP. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The OLSS team was led by transactional shareholder Adam Haberfield and associate Devin Cohen.
