Philip Corbo was one of the featured speakers at the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education’s “Hot Tips in Taxation: 2012” seminar on January 30, 2012.  Philip discussed various overlooked gift and generation-skipping transfer (“GST”) tax planning issues related to gift-splitting, the gift and GST tax annual exclusions, and transfers to trusts.
