Susan Holzman Speaks at the 15th Annual Ethics for Transactional Attorneys Program
Susan Holzman spoke at the 15th Annual Ethics for Transactional Attorneys program sponsored by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Susan’s topic was Ethics for Estate Planners, and she focused on cybersecurity issues, safeguarding confidential information, representing clients with diminished capacity, representing more than one family member, and rules governing attorneys who engage in transactions with a client. Susan addressed considerations arising as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.
