OLSS Guides Successful Transition for RD Management
On October 16, 2024, the OLSS Real Estate Group closed a series of high-impact transactions for RD Management that will help transform the Casselberry Exchange shopping center in suburban Orlando.
Deal details: Through a strategic sale and development agreement, OLSS helped purchase this 17-acre site from Apollo Global Real Estate while securing BJ’s Wholesale Club as the anchor tenant and purchaser of a portion of the site.
The OLSS team, led by Adam Haberfield and supported by William Adelson and Kevin Fenstemaker, also negotiated key ancillary agreements, including a cross-easement and operation agreement allowing the site's co-use by RD Management and BJ’s.
This reconfiguration will bring fresh energy to the property, attracting visitors and encouraging local economic growth. It's a testament to how OLSS delivers thoughtful, client-focused solutions that make a lasting impact on the community.
