OLSS recently represented PayerAlly, an independent pharmacy benefit management (PBM) consulting firm, in its acquisition by HealthScape Advisors, a Chartis company.
PayerAlly, founded in 2022, had built a practice spanning PBM procurement, specialty pharmacy strategy, and medical drug management before joining HealthScape's national payer advisory platform. Their innovation and growth attracted a major national advisory platform in just three years.
