Susan Holzman Speaks at the 2020 Estate Planning Summer Institute
On July 23, 2020, Susan Holzman spoke at the Estate Planning Summer Institute sponsored by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education. Susan’s topic was Ethics for Estate Planners, and she included a discussion of the impact of COVID-19 on ethical obligations such as the duty of confidentiality, the duty of competence, and the duty of reasonable diligence.
