The New Jersey State Bar Association’s Estate Planning Summer Institute is a staple of continuing education for the area, and we’re thrilled OLSS partner Laura N. Wilensky, Esq. was able to share her insights this year.
She joined the first session of the Institute on July 31 to address the unique ethical issues faced by attorneys in estate planning and administration.
Her presentation highlighted specific rules of professional conduct that are implicated in this practice area. A clear understanding of the rules can help attorneys navigate the ethical dilemmas that are bound to emerge in estate planning and administration.
