Stanley Schwartz has more than 35 years of experience counseling clients across a broad spectrum of complex transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, real estate development projects, and debt and equity financing.

Throughout his career, Stan has worked with publicly traded companies, many prominent real estate developers in the New York region and other major privately held businesses, guiding them over the life cycle of their businesses to the successful conclusion of their most significant corporate events.

Stan was law clerk to Chief Justice Joseph Weintraub, Supreme Court of New Jersey, from 1969-1970.
