OLSS Represents G&S Investors in Transaction Involving 853-Unit Jersey City Property
OLSS recently represented G&S Investors in connection with the acquisition of Brookfield Properties’ 50% interest in VYV Apartments North and South, an 853-unit multifamily community in Jersey City, NJ.
While the transaction involved the transfer of ownership interests in one of Jersey City’s premier multifamily assets, it also required the formation of a new joint venture between G&S Investors and Aker Holdings and modifications to the property’s existing ownership structure, all as part of a carefully coordinated transaction involving multiple parties and workstreams.
