Gianna handles a broad range of matters, including complex commercial, real estate and trust and estate litigation. She has represented corporate clients in state and federal court, with experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and successfully defending against regulatory complaints before the EEOC, OSHA, and NYSDHR.
Prior to joining OLSS, Gianna worked as a litigation associate at one of New Jersey’s largest law firms, where she was actively involved in trial preparation and the resolution of complex disputes spanning commercial, employment, intellectual property, and real estate matters. She also has experience with appellate advocacy and previously served as a legal extern in the New York City Law Department’s Labor and Employment Law Division.
