Raised in Essex County, Matthew (“Matt”) attended New York University where he received an undergraduate degree in politics before attending Rutgers Law School, Newark, where he received his J.D. degree.
Prior to joining OLSS, Matt served as a law clerk to the Honorable Arnold L. Natali, Jr., J.A.D., during the 2024-2025 term.
