Alexander Firsichbaum Elevated to Partner
OLSS is proud to announce that Alexander Firsichbaum has been elevated to Partner, effective January 2026.
Alex joined OLSS in 2017 following a clerkship with the Hon. Marianne Espinosa (Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division). His practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including class action defense, contract disputes, and shareholder conflicts.
As a litigator, Alex is most energized by oral arguments, depositions, and any opportunity to tell the client's side of the story through direct interaction. "From the very beginning of my time at OLSS, I have always felt like I had a voice and a stake in the firm," he says. "I'm grateful and excited for this new chapter."
