OLSS Advises on Cross-Border Sale of New Era Converting Machinery
OLSS recently represented New Era Converting Machinery Inc. in its acquisition by IPCO AB, a global industrial processing company and subsidiary of Sweden-based FAM AB.
The acquisition helps IPCO offer a broader range of turnkey precision manufacturing solutions, while giving New Era a platform for international growth and long-term investment.
OLSS worked closely with New Era’s leadership throughout the deal, advising on investment banker engagement, tax and transaction structuring, diligence, and deal terms.
